POLICIES:      *Subject to Current Exchange Rate

  • No smoking inside the cottages, no pets (including visiting pets) due to allergy problems other guests may have. You are welcome to meet and pet our resident miniture Schnauser "Gypsie Rose"


  • Times to arrive and depart
    Check-in 3:00 pm
    Check-out 11:00 am
    If you anticipate a late arrival, please let us know and we will make sure a light is on in the window for your arrival.


  • Deposits for prime season rentals, Cheque or Visa accepted.
    A 50% fo rental fee is required to confirm your reservation at the time of booking.
    A one month notice for cancellation, due to the popularity of our cottages, we usually have a waiting list in place by May and can re-book with no charge to you.
    If cancellation is necessary less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
    To date in prime season we have been fortunate in refunding deposits 100%
